How to remove rust from tools
Your hand and power tools may be stored in a secure garage, workshop or shed but they’re not immune to rust. Things you will need

- 2x clean cloths
- 3-IN-ONE® Multi-Purpose Oil
Step 1
Spray our Penetrant
Spray our penetrant over the rusted parts of your tools to penetrate and loosen seized parts, then leave to sink in for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Wipe away the rust
Using a clean cloth, wipe away the rust.
Step 3
Lubricate and protect
Apply a couple drops of 3-IN-ONE Multi-Purpose Oil onto the metal parts of your tools, then wipe over with a clean cloth to lubricate and protect.
